Mannes College The New School for Music - On Campus: Tours, Open Houses

Welcome to Mannes College

Thank you for your interest in Mannes College. We appreciate the time you have taken to visit our school, and hope to make your visit as enjoyable, and informative as possible. A school visit affords prospective students the chance to see the facilities, meet current students and faculty, and experience the school atmosphere. For these reasons, we invite you to take in as much of the Mannes experience as possible during your visit. These activities could include a campus tour (more information below), a lesson with a faculty member, observing a class, and attending a Mannes concert (our concert calendar can be viewed at http://www.newschool.edu/Mannes/events.aspx .

CAMPUS TOURS
A tour of Mannes will last approximately one hour and will cover the entire facility. Our tour guides are current students who are knowledgeable about the school and its history, as well as the experiences and opportunities of being a student. At the end of the tour, admissions counselors are available to answer any questions prospective students may have about the admissions process.

To help ensure that your visit to Mannes is enjoyable we have limited the space on our tours to 10 people. The calendars below show the current available dates, if you wish to visit at a date further in the future, please refer back to this page closer to the date of your visit. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our school with you.

MANNES OPEN HOUSE
We would like to invite all High School Juniors and Seniors to register for our Open House on November 18th, starting at 3pm. Included in the day's schedule is a chamber music showcase, information session, panel discussion, reception, and the Mannes Orchestra concert at Avery Fisher Hall.
