The Office of Undergraduate Admissions invites you to take advantage of our online event scheduler to plan your visit to Vanderbilt or to an off-campus reception. In order to maintain quality of presentation and individual attention in our campus visit programs, we limit the number of students who may attend each event. For this reason, reservations are required.


Once you select the event you would like to attend from the list below, you will be guided through a few simple registration steps. Please note that this website is updated on a regular basis, so if the date/time you would like to visit is not available, please select a different date/time. Your visit will be confirmed immediately via email once all four scheduling steps are complete. Please note that while we strive to provide our visitors with personal attention, individual interviews are not part of the admissions process.

• Attending a class is an excellent way to explore academic life at Vanderbilt. Course schedules are available at the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, where the staff and student volunteers will be glad to help you make a selection on the day of your visit. If you would like to make an appointment to see a faculty member, athletic coach or other university staff member, call us in advance so that we may provide you with contact information.
